Rug Hooking Class

I had a great day Saturday. We hosted a class in rug hooking taught by Lisanne Miller who owns P is for Primitive in Canton MS.

Pardon the pun, but I think I'm hooked!

Listening to Alex White (of www.thegearheart.com). He has a music cd out as a companion for his free audiobook called The Gearheart. Adventure, steampunk, serialized story. And did I mention it is free?

I was looking for a way to show off some new crystal rondelles. I put them in this square stitch window bracelet. What do you think?

Stopped shop work for a moment to create a little keychain.

Where has the month gone!?

I have already been thinking about Valentine's Day. Putting up decorations and coming up with the heart earrings to have as a kit.

Good way to learn basic earrings because you are doing 10 separate wrapped head pins.

I love the new crystal rondelles (the middle bead in the earrings pictured here).

The project I am working on now is a square stitch window bracelet with on of the rondelles in each window.

But I have some customer orders to fill first then back to my bead windows!
